Returns & Refunds Policy

At LeBene, your satisfaction matters to us. We have designed this Returns & Refunds Policy to be fair, transparent, and straightforward. Please read it carefully before making a purchase, as the nature of hair products requires specific guidelines.

Important Hygiene Notice: Due to the personal and intimate nature of hair products — including wigs, hair extensions, buns, clip-ins, and accessories — items that have been opened, worn, or used are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. This is standard industry practice. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Conditions for Return Eligibility

A return will only be considered under the following conditions:
• The product received is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product is completely unused and in its original, sealed packaging with all tags intact
• The return request is raised within 7 days of the date of delivery
All return requests must be accompanied by clear photographs of the product and packaging as received.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly not eligible for return or exchange:
• Products that have been opened, tried on, worn, or used in any way — regardless of duration
• Products where the original packaging has been removed, damaged, or tampered with by the customer
• Products purchased during sale events, clearance sales, or marked as ‘final sale’
• Return requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery
• Products that show signs of styling, cutting, washing, or any other form of alteration

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your return meets the eligibility criteria above, follow these steps:
Step 1: Email us at lebenehair@gmail.com with the subject line: ‘Return Request — [Your Order ID]’
Step 2: Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and communicate the outcome
Step 4: If approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions and the return address
Step 5: Ship the product back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

Note: Do not ship the product back before receiving approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome via email within 2 business days of receipt.
Approved Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days of inspection approval
Refund Method: Credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay
Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been initiated
Bank Processing Time: Additional 3–5 business days may be required for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Rejected Returns

If a return is rejected upon inspection (e.g., the product shows signs of use or does not meet eligibility criteria), the product will be shipped back to you at your expense. No refund will be issued in such cases.

6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to switch to a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (subject to eligibility) and place a fresh order for the replacement product on our website.

7. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse
• To cancel, contact us immediately at lebenehair@gmail.com or call +91 98119 66306 with your Order ID
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return upon delivery if the order meets the return eligibility criteria.
• Approved cancellations will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days via Razorpay to your original payment method

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:
• Photograph the outer packaging, inner packaging, and the product itself immediately upon receipt
• Email the photographs and your Order ID to lebenehair@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
• We will assess the claim and, if verified, offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
