At LeBene, we want every order to reach you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. Please read this Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be picked up and processed on the next working business day

Tip: To ensure faster processing, double-check your delivery address and phone number before completing your order.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment confirmation. LeBene periodically offers free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website and social media for active offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged on Arrival: If your package arrives damaged or tampered, photograph the parcel and product immediately and email us at lebenehair@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and resolve promptly.
  • Lost in Transit: If your order has not been delivered within 3 days of the expected delivery date, contact us. We will raise a dispute with the courier on your behalf.

7. Incorrect Delivery Address

Please verify your delivery address carefully before placing your order. LeBene is not responsible for orders lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional re-shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be re-dispatched.

8. Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.
